A shortened, one-and-a-half-day, Steering Committee (SC) meeting followed the Symposium on October 30 - 31. Reports from Working Groups, Cooperating Networks and the NDACC Data Host Facility complemented the science topics already covered at the Symposium.
Martine De Maziere concluded her term as NDACC co-chair. We are very thankful to Martine for her dedicated leadership and great service to NDACC. We wish her “all the best” for her future endeavors. Wolfgang Steinbrecht was elected as new co-chair. While many action items were closed (including tremendous work to update NDACC Protocols), new work was identified for the coming year including acceptance of new measurements, finalization of an additional Cooperating Network, and enhancement of support to current data providers and measurement activities.;
The next 5-day SC meeting is planned for September 2026 in Bern, Switzerland, hosted by Emmanuel Mahieu (U. of Liege) and collaborators from U. of Bern. After the meeting, a site visit to the NDACC Jungfraujoch station will be offered to the participants.
