UV Spectroradiometer

Spectral ultraviolet (UV) irradiance data are primarily used to improve the understanding of geographical and temporal variations of solar UV irradiance at Earth’s surface, and to provide data for the validation of satellite UV observations. The Spectral UV Working Group currently consists of 13 stations, ranging in latitude from 73° N to 90° S.
