M. Snels (ISAC-CNR) — Measurements are being taken twice daily (30–40 minutes per observation) from June throughout October since 2014. The system uses a NdYag laser emitting at 532 nm and 1064 nm; the 14 inch Cassegrain Schmidt telescope has 5 channels (a 532 nm high channel, a 532 nm low channel, a 532 nm depolarized channel, a 1064 nm channel and a Raman channel at 608 nm).

J. Jumelet (LATMOS-IPSL) and M. Snels (ISAC-CNR) — Operated from March through November from 1989–1998. Data from 1999 to 2002 are of poor quality due to instrument degradation. Instrument inactive from 2002 until a new lidar was installed in January 2005. Operational since 2006. Data archived under former PIs Stephanuti (1989–1998) and David (2006–2010).

B. Liley (NIWA) — Aerosol measurements at 532 nm from November 1992 onwards. The system was upgraded in 2009 to measure the depolarization ratio at 532 nm and backscatter at 1064 nm simultaneously. It operated weekly before February 2023 and then in an alternating 10-minute period 24 hours a day all year after that. Data was archived under PIs, Liley, Uchino, and Nagai from November 1992 to July 2008.
